Terms and Conditions

The Fifth Czech and Slovak Film Festival of Australia (CaSFFA) in Melbourne

General

A fan of the Czech and Slovak Film Festival of Australia (CaSFFAN) must subscribe by 11 September 2017 11:55pm and present a valid CaSFFAN card to receive CaSFFAN Standard or Premium benefits, as applicable. If a CaSFFAN card is not presented, CaSFFAN benefits may be denied. Your CaSFFAN subscription is valid from the date of your purchase until 31 July 2018.

CaSFFAN cards and merchandise will be available for collection at the Czech and Slovak Film Festival information desk during the Fifth Czech and Slovak Film Festival of Australia at ACMI in Melbourne (13-23 September 2017). Valid identification is required when collecting your CaSFFAN card.

CaSFFAN cards and benefits are not transferable, not redeemable for cash and non-refundable.

The Czech and Slovak Film Festival holds no responsibility for fulfilling external partner benefits and/or special offers of third parties.

It is the CaSFFAN’s responsibility to notify the Czech and Slovak Film Festival (casffan@casffa.com.au) of any change of address or contact information that may affect their subscription or benefits.

CaSFFAN Standard Benefits

Two complimentary tickets to a #CaSFFA2017 preview screening on Thu, 31 Aug

You will receive two complimentary tickets to a #CaSFFA2017 preview screening. To redeem your complimentary tickets to the #CaSFFA2017 preview screening on Thu, 31 August, please come to the Czech and Slovak Film Festival information desk at ACMI in Melbourne, at least 45 minutes prior to the screening. Valid identification is required when collecting your CaSFFAN card and complimentary tickets.

One complimentary ticket to a Zoltán Fábri Retrospective screening of your choice

CaSFFAN Standard includes one complimentary ticket to a Zoltán Fábri Retrospective screening of your choice. To book your complimentary Zoltán Fábri Retrospective, email casffan@casffa.com.au at least 48 hours prior to the requested Zoltán Fábri Retrospective session you wish to attend, stating the session name, session time and your CaSFFAN number. CaSFFA does not guarantee that your tickets will be issued if you do not book within the required time (that is 48 hours before movie/session starts).

Please collect your complimentary ticket from the CaSFFA information desk before your chosen session starts. Valid identification or your CaSFFAN card is required when collecting your complimentary ticket.

CaSFFA’s program may be subject to classification restrictions and CaSFFA therefore has the right to refuse entry to persons in accordance with these restrictions. Lost or stolen complimentary tickets and/or vouchers will not be reissued.

The Fifth CaSFFA Opening and Closing Night Ticket at concession rate

You may purchase one ticket to Opening Night and one ticket to Closing Night at the concession rate. This ticket is non-transferrable and cannot be resold for profit.

Second Run DVD discount

For a limited time, you will receive a 10% discount on all Second Run DVDs and Blu-rays bought through their web store at: http://www.secondrundvd.com/. You may redeem this offer by using a promo code for your online purchases, valid until 31 December 2017.

Doc Alliance Films benefits

One complimentary ticket to a regular session screening of your choice at the Fifth CaSFFA

One complimentary regular session ticket includes one standard admission to the Fifth Czech and Slovak Film Festival cinema screening at ACMI in Melbourne and includes a movie of your choice but excludes the Melbourne Cinématèque screenings and the Opening and Closing Night screenings.

CaSFFAN Premium includes one complimentary ticket to a Zoltán Fábri Retrospective screening of your choice. To book your complimentary Zoltán Fábri Retrospective and your complimentary regular session ticket, email casffan@casffa.com.au at least 48 hours prior to the session you wish to attend, stating the session name, session time and your CaSFFAN number. One complimentary ticket to Closing Night at the Fifth CaSFFA

CaSFFAN Premium includes one complimentary ticket to Closing Night. This ticket may be redeemed upon presenting valid identification or your CaSFFAN card. Please collect your ticket to Closing Night from CaSFFA information desk before the event starts. Valid identification or your CaSFFAN card is required when collecting your complimentary ticket.

Doc Alliance Films benefits

ACMI Film Membership Terms & Conditions:

ACMI membership is valid for 12 months until the expiry date printed on your membership card.
A valid ACMI membership card must be presented to receive membership benefits.
ACMI membership cards and benefits are not transferable, not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable. Only the named person/s listed on the card can access benefits, unless otherwise stated.
It is the member’s responsibility to notify ACMI of any change of address or contact information.
Lost or stolen cards should be reported. A replacement fee of $5.50 (inc. GST) will apply for each re-issued card.
Please allow 2 – 4 weeks for delivery of your membership card.
Complimentary cinema tickets are valid only until the date listed on the ticket and this validity period will be a minimum of 6 months from date of joining/renewal. They are valid only for standard ACMI cinema programs and cannot be used for partner film festivals and programs.
The discount for cinema tickets is valid for standard ACMI cinema programs. Selected partner film festivals and programs may offer concession rates to ACMI members, and details of such will be available on the ACMI website.
Film members are not entitled to discounts on partner film festivals and other external programs.
Cinema programs and film festivals may be subject to classification restrictions, and ACMI has the right to refuse entry to persons in accordance with these restrictions.
Complimentary tickets and vouchers are to be treated as cash and therefore will not be replaced under any circumstances.
